It appears AWS São Paulo is offline, which is affecting our server r267.gru3 and one DNS resolver. We're waiting for an update from AWS.
Our services using Google Cloud in Brazil are unaffected.
Update @22:10 UTC: All services are now back online. It appears the cause was a networking issue.
